ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Dr. Carla DiGirolamo is a double Board-Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinologist, and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with over 20 years of experience as a Women’s Health and Reproductive Specialist. She was named among Boston Magazine’s Top Doctors in the Boston area from 2019-2025. She has also been in the fitness industry for decades as a recreational athlete and fitness professional, as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
Dr. Carla recently launched a telehealth medical and performance consultation practice focusing on the hormonal health needs of active and high-performing women from puberty through menopause. Dr Carla is an endocrine consultant for Wild Health and serves as the Director of Women’s Health at Eternal. She has been featured in multiple podcasts and speakerships and is the author of the “Menopause Health and Fitness Specialist” course with MedFit Classroom.
