What is the Pelvic Floor and Why Should You Care?

$9.95

There is a lot of suffering associated with pelvic health. Close to 40% of women experience urinary incontinence and 50% of women have some degree of organ prolapse. These conditions are keeping people from exercising because they are afraid of leaking or afraid of making their situation worse. Thankfully, the pelvic floor has gained some much needed traction over the last few years but is still a part of the body that needs more awareness.

This webinar will cover the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, common signs and symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and what to do when problems arise. Exercise plays a huge role in overcoming pelvic floor challenges and as fitness professionals we can help our clients move in ways that helps rather than hinders their pelvic health.

This webinar was presented live on November 29, 2022. You are purchasing a recording. Any offers or discounts mentioned during the webinar may no longer be active.
