Your Brain on Exercise
The originally scheduled presenter for Your Brain on Exercise was unexpectedly unable to attend the live session on Tuesday, February 24.
Rather than canceling the event, our host Jonathan Ross stepped in and transformed the session into an engaging “Ask Me Anything about Brain Fitness” discussion. The session became an interactive conversation covering brain health, cognitive fitness, exercise strategies for brain longevity, and practical tools to support neurological well-being. We are pleased to offer the recording of this dynamic and insightful discussion for free: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/recording/4995345661397801308
We are currently working to reschedule the original Your Brain on Exercise presentation and look forward to hosting that session in the future.
Free webinar is made possible by the MedFit Education Foundation. Please consider donating to support our mission.
