Will Being Lighter and Leaner Help You Run Faster and Perform Better?

$9.95

While lugging around excess body fat can certainly hinder athletic performance, already-lean athletes often contemplate weight loss to supposedly improve their sports performance. Should they think again?

They often overlook the fact that the cost of losing weight (poorly fueled muscles, higher risk for injuries) can limit the benefits of being lighter and supposedly faster, better. This webinar will look at the science surrounding weight and the pros and cons of losing weight to perform better.
