$0.00

Completely free webinar from MedFit Classroom!

As a fitness professional, you probably come across clients and students with illnesses or limitations that you haven’t seen before many times. Typically, a client will disclose and explain these conditions during their initial assessment, allowing you the opportunity to ask questions and research how to design an appropriate program.

It is important to understand that eating disorders are more complex. Not only are clients often unlikely to report these conditions for various reasons, eating and body dysmorphic disorders can be hard to spot. Contrary to popular belief, they don’t only impact people with a particular body size or shape. According to the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, only 6 percent of people with eating disorders are medically diagnosed as “underweight.”

Join us as we give some insight into the who, the what and the why behind the most common eating disorders that may be impacting even your most dedicated clients.
