Discover why current physical activity guidelines are a mess and how to coach people more effectively to a clear, useful understanding of how to integrate physical activity into their lives. The mismatch between the goal of guidelines and the way our brain perceives those messages creates trouble. The weekly 75-minutes vigorous, 150-minutes moderate are not based on science, but on making a message more agreeable. Dive into what the reality of physical activity amounts mean for health and longevity and how to usefully convey this information to the people you serve.
