Exercise is often associated with high intensity training and pushing physical limits, yet recovery focused movement plays an essential role in long term health and performance. Low intensity strength work, mobility training, and activation exercises can help regulate the nervous system, restore joint function, and improve movement quality without adding excessive stress to the body.

This webinar introduces movement strategies that support recovery while maintaining strength and stability. Participants will learn how low intensity strength training, controlled mobility work, and muscle activation drills can improve resilience, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall training outcomes.

Attendees will leave with practical tools they can incorporate into their own routines or use with clients to support recovery, maintain movement quality, and build stronger, more adaptable bodies.
