ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Kymberly Williams-Evans PhD (ABD) has taught fitness to more than 45,000 participants on 4 continents in 4 languages for more than 4 decades. Her teaching career spans land, sea, and airwaves and started in the first aerobics studio in Europe.
Former faculty at University of California Santa Barbara, she specializes in baby boomer and older adult group exercise.
Her digital programs for both fitness pros and consumers include “Better Balance; Fewer Falls,” “The Ultimate Abs Workout Collection,” and ”Fit to Travel.”
Kymberly is also a prolific fitness writer, three-time finalist as Fitness Director of the Year for the international professional association IDEA, and three-time National Aerobic Championship Regional Gold Medalist. When not teaching classes in Santa Barbara, CA you can find her at Rancho la Puerta Fitness Resort, Mexico, where she has been guest instructing since 1984.
