Musculoskeletal pain and injury are among the most common barriers to long-term physical activity. Fitness and health professionals must be able to identify risk factors early and address the underlying causes of dysfunction—not just the symptoms. This session will explore how injuries develop, the most effective assessment strategies for identifying movement-related risk, and a systematic approach to uncovering the root cause of client pain and limitation. Attendees will also learn practical training strategies to restore movement quality, reduce pain, and safely return clients to functional activity.
Free registration is made possible by the MedFit Education Foundation. Please consider donating to support our mission.
