There were over four million births in the US in 2017.  Research continues to show that exercise during pregnancy provides innumerable benefits for both mom and baby.  When creating medical wellness programs, the prenatal population is often overlooked.  Meeting the needs of this underserved population can create long term members in years to come.

This webinar will introduce fitness & health professionals to basic leadership and technical skills to provide safe, effective, functional and motivating exercise programming and coaching for the pregnant client wishing to exercise in conventional settings.
