Using Exercise and Diet to Fight Alzheimer’s

Presented by Mark Kelly, PhD, CSCS
Alzheimer’s disease is a very destructive and disabling disease. Once it sets in and progresses there is little to nothing that can be done to stop its progression.
The best defense is a good offense for this disease. By being proactive, you can reduce the chances of onset, delay the onset if it is inevitable, and slow its progress, especially in the early stages. The treatments for it are simple and most anyone can receive them — exercise and diet.
In this webinar, Dr. Mark Kelly will provide a background on the disease, and introductory concepts for programming with mentally engaging exercises, and dietary factors to help counter the onset of this disease.
